႐ုိေသတုပ္၀ပ္ ရွိခုိးအပ္ပါသည္ဘုရား

အရွင္ဟာ…
ကၽႊႏု္ပ္တုိ႔ ႏွလုံးသားကို
ႏူးညံ့၊ျဖဴစင္၊ရဲ၀ံ့ေစတယ္
ခ်စ္ျခင္း၊မုန္းျခင္းဆိုတဲ့ စစ္ခင္းမႈၾကားကို
တိုး၀င္ရွင္သန္ေစတယ္
အမွန္တရားအတြက္ ဆင္ႏႊဲရတဲ့
ႏွလုံးသားတုိက္ပဲြမွာ
ခြန္အားေတြကို တုိးပြားေစတယ္
ေသြး၊ေခြ်းတုိ႔ က်႐ႈံးသည့္တုိင္
ေအာင္ပြဲကို ဆင္ႏိုင္ေစတယ္
စိတ္ဓာတ္အားအင္ေတြကုန္ခမ္း
ေမာဟိုက္ပင္ပမ္းတဲ့အခါ
ညွဳိးႏြမ္းအားငယ္ေနတဲ့ ႏွလုံးသားအား
ညအေမွာင္ပန္းကို လေရာင္ဆမ္းသလုိ
ပြင့္လန္း ေမြးပ်ံ႕ေစတယ္
အရွင္သည္
ကၽႊႏု္ပ္တုိ႔အတြက္ ဘ၀တန္ေဆာင္
အလင္းေရာင္ ျဖစ္ေပသည္တကား။ ။

Me and Ocean

I am in a solitary island
Besieged by the giant ocean
Threatened by her sound of moan

Blue water is around me in every side
Before, behind and left and right
One day, she gives me a piece of advices

“Life is like a book
Each day, a new page with
Adventures to experience,
Lessons to learn,
And good deeds to replicate,
Have a colorful page today
Keep smiling”.

Then I reply her that
"Life is full of ups and downs
Also my one may change then or now
But it relies on my rights and wrongs
Will you create my life to be high or ground?

I hope I will be as your pray
But it is really far away
Because I am, in this world, simply a lay
And I meet difficulties everyday
I try to change inferiority complex anyway
Into indomitable spirit what you say".

How to compose a poem

According to the Myanmar tradition the poem can be created only by the wise. But we don’t know to what extent of knowledge is called for to become a wise for a person. That means we cannot identify the specific norms or ideals of a wise person. So, in my humble opinion the wise person is nothing to do with composing a poem. Then anyone is allowed to load a poem regardless of his intelligence level. Until the needlessness of becoming a wisdom holder to load a poem, some ideals are still necessary to do the like. These ideals are recommended for both of composing English and Myanmar poem. Those are…

1. You have to know the synonym of a word (in English or Myanmar)
2. A verse should be cohesive and rhythmic.
3. If a verse is appeared to be profundity cohesive and rhythmic entities are not necessary. (Especially in Modern poem)
4. Last but not the least is to install a mood in your heart.
If you have the above mentioned qualities it won’t be the hard work for you to load a poem and it make sure your magnum opus of poem is able to shoot the heart of the others.

ဖရုိဖရဲနဲ႔ေသပြဲ၀င္ေနတဲ့

သုႆန္တစျပင္ႀကီးေပၚမွာ
ေလႏုေထြးေထြးေလးကိုေ၀ွ႔ယမ္း
မိုးစက္ေအးေအးေလးကိုပက္ျဖန္းလုိ႔
အေယာင္ေဆာင္က႐ုဏာ အနမ္းေတြကို
ေသြးေအးေအးနဲ႔ ေပးခဲ့ေသးရဲ႕
နာဂစ္ေရ…
မင္းကေတာ့ ညိဳမဲမဲသိန္းငွက္တစ္ေကာင္လို
ခပ္ယဲ့ယဲ့သစ္ကိုင္းေလးေပၚမွာတတ္နား
မင္းျပန္သြားတဲ့အခါ သစ္ကိုင္းေလးခမ်ာ
ယိမ္းထိုးလႈပ္ခတ္ ဘ၀ကိုပ်က္လို႔။ ။
